- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 knobs of fresh ginger root
- 2 knobs of fresh turmeric
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Blend the pineapple, fresh ginger root, and turmeric root in a blender with a cup of water until smooth.
Pass the mixture through a sieve to strain out the solids.
Add the juice to a jug and stir in fresh lemon juice, lime juice, and maple syrup.
