Cucumber and Avocado Salad with Creamy Spiced Peanut Sauce is a mouthful in more ways than one! Simple to make. Beautiful to serve. Easy to love! What’s not to enjoy! Want to give yourself every health benefit you deserve? Be sure to buy organic or biodynamic whenever possible.
Reminder, not all peanut butters are created equal. Be sure to look for not only organic peanut butter, but also unsalted and as close to natural as possible. Just because it says “natural” on the label, doesn’t mean it is. Be sure to check out the ingredient list. You don’t want to see any added sugars or sweeteners in the form of evaporated cane juice, corn syrup solids, high fructose corn syrup, molasses, or even honey. Sometimes oils, particularly hydrogenated oils, are added to improve texture. Avoid all of that and get the best tasting peanut butter – and healthiest – for your Chilled Peanut Sauce.
