Living the 100 Year Lifestyle is fun. It’s also healthy. It probably also requires you to make some changes. Interested in creating change this year? That’s where understanding the 3 Life Changing Principles of the 100 Year Lifestyle comes in.

The key to creating results is to approach change with your ideal 100 Year Lifestyle in mind. This is how you will optimize the quality and quantity of your life.

It is how you will get from where you are to where you want to be.

For the next year The 100 Year Lifestyle is going to be taking you step by step through every area of your life, every facet of your lifestyle, giving you the information, tools, and motivation you need to embrace the 3 Life Changing Principles and create real, lasting change in your life. Change that will have you living 100:100—100% for 100 years—in no time.

First, every month we will delve into a new area of your life. During the course of the next year we’ll be covering health, finances, relationships, work…everything. Each area will be examined, the possibilities explored, and options for change made available. It will be up to you to decide what changes you need to make, and up to us to give you the support and help you need to make them.

That help will come in many forms. First, there will be weekly articles delving into different aspects of that month’s topic. By the end of each month there will be 4 or more articles that have examined the reasons for and possible ways to achieve change in your life.

Each article will contain numerous links to other articles, podcasts, and information on the 100 Year Lifestyle website, and other websites. If a topic is of particular interest to you, if you want to make significant changes in that area of  your life, or you just find the conversation interesting, we encourage you to click on the links and extend the learning!

Additionally, each article will be followed a few days later by a brain teaser or puzzle based on the information in the article. Keeping your mind sharp is definitely a part of the 100 Year Lifestyle, and challenging your brain and memory are fun, simple ways to do that.

At the end of each month a new chapter in our 100:100 eBook will be ready for you to download or print out. You will find the link to the chapter on the homepage of 100YearLifestyle.com. Each chapter will contain some of the key information from the articles that month as well as new information and worksheet pages for you to use as you work the 3 Life Changing Principles and create lasting change in your life. By the end of the year you will have all 12 chapters, including worksheet pages to refer back to whenever you need to.
