Ingredients
- 20 oz. grass-fed flank steak, sliced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider wine
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of sea salt
- pinch of pepper
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large yellow onion, thinly chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 cups cabbage
- 1 ½ avocado, diced
Directions
Place meat in a bowl; stir in rice wine and vinegar, sea salt, and pepper. Toss to coat well.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan set over medium-high heat; add meat and cook for about 2 minutes or until meat is browned; stir for another 2 minutes and then remove from heat. Heat the remaining oil to the pan and sauté onions for about 2 minutes or until caramelized; stir in pepper and cook for 2 minutes more. Stir in cabbage and cook for 2 minutes; return meat to the pan and stir in sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
