Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- ¼ cup wheat-free tamari
- 4 small chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 cup dried plums
- 1 cup toasted cashews
- Toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet set over medium heat; stir in all the ingredients, except sesame seeds, and cook until cabbage and chicken are tender.
Serve Stir-Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts warm sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
