- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup raw buckwheat
- 1/2 cup linseeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
Directions
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl; set aside for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Press the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 1 hour or until golden and crisp. Remove from oven and cut into pieces. Enjoy!
