The secret ingredient in this recipe that takes it over the top in flavor is the maple syrup. For years you’ve been enjoying maple syrup in or on your corn bread. Why wouldn’t it taste fabulous on corn directly? It does! But don’t forget the red pepper flakes. Maple syrup and red pepper flakes complement each other perfectly, like sweet summer days and hot summer sunshine!

Ingredients
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 4 corn cobs
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Set up your outdoor grill and preheat to medium high until hot. Clean it and spray with cooking oil spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, fresh lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and sea salt until well combined.
Brush the corn cobs with the mixture and grill the corn cobs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
