Ingredients
- 4 large carrots, peeled
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger-root, grated
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Rinse and peel the carrots. Using a spiral slicer, cut the carrots into thin noodles.
Add ginger to a large bowl and add in cilantro, garlic, and fresh lime juice; whisk in sesame oil until well combined.
