Starting January 6, 2020, the 100 Year Lifestyle will introduce you to a new way of living. We’re not stopping at mentally and physically changing your life, however; we’re covering everything from finances, support systems, self care, and dealing with tough situations. This program is for YOU, and it allows you to work on anything you feel you need to in order to live a healthier, happier life.

You may take this time to see what changes you’ve made so far and how they’ve affected you or your state of mind. Continue to track what you like and dislike about your lifestyle habits, and use the help of the 100 Year Lifestyle to kick them to the curb if necessary.

This program is open to those just starting their health journeys, those who have a good feel for what they’re doing but maybe need some encouragement, and even those who feel as though they have everything together.
